Jiffy Banana Pudding

Directions:

  1. Fold (don’t beat!) milk, Cool Whip, sour cream and pudding in mixing bowl.
  2. Layer wafers, bananas, pudding mixture; repeat.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled wafers on top.

    The pudding looks great. The list of ingredients do not show cookies but the recipe shows cookies.
    Do we need cookies, if so what kind? Also how much does a large container of cool whip weigh?

      Thanks for pointing that out. I updated the recipe so that it is hopefully more clear. The “cookies” are the vanilla wafers (I like Nabisco Nilla Wafers); Cool Whip usually comes in two sizes — 8 oz. or 12 oz.; so use the 12.
