Five Cup Fruit Salad

3-Layer Cake
Directions: Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and pecans. Press in bottom of 13×9 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees until brown. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until blended with mixer then spread onto the crust. Beat vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk until thickened. Deluxe Pecan Pie
Directions: Beat eggs slightly mix corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Add nuts and pour in unbaked pie shell Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Note: Pie is slightly less set in the center. You can add 1 tbsp. cornstarch to corn syrup before adding to egg mixture. Source: Eleizabeth Gates (1980)
