Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole
Cook vegetable mix; drain. Melt cheese with 1/2 stick butter (microwave). Mix with vegetable mixture & put in baking dish. Mix Ritz crackers (crushed) with 1/2 stick melted butter and pour on top of veggies. Bake 350° for 30 minutes.

Jiffy Banana Pudding
Directions: Fold (don’t beat!) milk, Cool Whip, sour cream and pudding in mixing bowl. Layer wafers, bananas, pudding mixture; repeat. Sprinkle crumbled wafers on top.

Deluxe Pecan Pie
Directions: Beat eggs slightly mix corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Add nuts and pour in unbaked pie shell Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Note: Pie is slightly less set in the center. Caramel Popcorn
Directions Cook sugar & butter over medium heat stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla & soda. Pour over popcorn & pecans; stir well. Pour spread on baking sheets and bake at 250° for 1 hour. Note: This is a great Halloween treat!

Directions: Brown chopped onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender. Add tomato’s and tomato paste, bring to a boil. Add wine, garlic, ground beef, ground sausage. Cook 5-10 min.
