Deluxe Pecan Pie
Directions: Beat eggs slightly mix corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Add nuts and pour in unbaked pie shell Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Note: Pie is slightly less set in the center. Caramel Popcorn
Directions Cook sugar & butter over medium heat stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla & soda. Pour over popcorn & pecans; stir well. Pour spread on baking sheets and bake at 250° for 1 hour. Note: This is a great Halloween treat!

One Pan Pumpkin Bread
Directions Grease loaf pan. stir all ingredients except nuts & raisins in pan with fork. Beat vigorously for 1 minute. Add nuts & raisins. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes. Tip: You can mix in a separate bowl — then pour into loaf pan. You can use “Baker’s Joy” spray instead of greasing pan.
