Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until blended with mixer then spread onto the crust.     Cornbread Dressing

    Directions: Boil liver, neck, etc. in 2 quart for main stock or use canned chicken broth. (See DIY: Easy Rotisserie Chicken Stock) Saute onion, celery and mix with previous ingredients (mixture should be ‘mushy’). Pour rich stock on top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Source: Lynn Stuart

    Aunt Shirley’s Four Cheese Lasagna

    Directions: Brown chopped onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender. Add tomato’s and tomato paste, bring to a boil. Add wine,  garlic, ground beef, ground sausage.  Cook 5-10 min. Turn heat to low then add salt, pepper, oregano, basil & parsley.  Cover & simmer for 30 minutes In the meantime, put  lasagna noodles…
