Directions:
- Brown chopped onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender.
- Add tomato’s and tomato paste, bring to a boil.
- Add wine, garlic, ground beef, ground sausage. Cook 5-10 min.
- Turn heat to low then add salt, pepper, oregano, basil & parsley. Cover & simmer for 30 minutes
- In the meantime, put lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook until done; drain.
- Layer in a 13″x9″ pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray, sauce, noodles, Ricotta Mozzarella, Parmesan and Romano cheese.
- Repeat layers ending with cheeses.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
