Rosemary Sweet Potato Wedges

A Simple and Delicious side dish.

Directions:

  1. Peel sweet potato’s and cut into wedges.
  2. Put 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil onto a cookie sheet.
  3. Place potato’s on cookie sheet and roll around in the olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with minced rosemary and salt.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees until fork tender.
